O lote de 60 carros antigos encontrado numa fazenda no sul da França em dezembro último foi encaminhado para o leilão da Artcurial Motorcars, em Paris. O pregão está marcado para 6 de fevereiro e agora, que todos os carros foram removidos do local, devidamente avaliados e fotografados, é possível ver que há entre os 59 exemplares inteiros, verdadeiras jóias sobre rodas.
Os carros ficaram abandonados na fazenda por cerca de 50 anos e alguns deles estão bastante deteriorados, mas isso não é exatamente, nesse caso, um motivo para desvalorização. Considerando que cada um deles seja arrematado pelo menor valor avaliado a coleção inteira chega a 12.057.500 de euros, o que equivale a cerca de R$ 37,9 milhões.
Mas alguns desses modelos, podem gerar disputas acirradas e superar inclusive o valor dado como teto, caso do Talbot-Lago T26 Cabriolet, que pertenceu ao rei egípcio Farouk, com faixa de lances entre 400 mil e 600 mil euros (R$ 1,2 milhão e R$ 1,8 milhão, respectivamente). Ou ainda a Maserati A6G 2000 Gran Sport Berlinetta Frua, que deve ser arrematada por algo entre 800 mil euros e 1,200 milhões de euros (R$ 2,5 milhões e R$ 3,7 milhões). Isso porque há atualmente apenas três veículos desse no mundo.
A Ferrari 250 GT Spyder California SWB é o mais caro do lote, com previsão de arremate para lances entre incríveis 9,5 milhões de euros (quase R$ 30 milhões) e R$ 29.894.910 e 12 milhões de euros (R$ 37,7 milhões). Entre os predicados que valorizam tanto a Ferrari está o fato de ela ter sido usada no filme Les Félins, de 1964, pelos personagens interpretados por Alain Delon e Jane Fonda.
